Order Processing & Dispatch Times
- We process and dispatch orders Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays).
- Most orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days from the date your order is placed and payment is confirmed.
- During busy periods (e.g., peak seasonal demand), dispatch may take slightly longer, but we will always aim to keep you informed.
Dispatch time begins once your order has been verified and prepared for shipment. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a dispatch notification email (with tracking details where available) once your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Delivery Times
- UK deliveries: Estimated delivery time is 10-14 working days from dispatch.
- EU deliveries: Estimated delivery time is 10-14 working days from dispatch (may vary slightly by country due to customs clearance).
- These are estimated delivery windows based on typical carrier performance. Actual delivery may be faster or slower depending on your location, carrier schedules, and any unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, customs delays for EU orders, or high demand periods).
Important: By placing an order, you agree to these estimated delivery timeframes. If no specific delivery date has been expressly agreed upon, we will deliver within a reasonable time under UK and applicable EU consumer laws (typically no later than 30 days unless otherwise stated).
Shipping Costs
- We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom and European Union.
- No hidden fees — the price you see at checkout includes VAT (where applicable) and delivery.
- We do not currently offer expedited or express shipping options. If this changes in the future, we will update this page accordingly.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- All addresses in the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland).
- Countries in the European Union (e.g., Ireland, Germany, France, etc.).
We do not ship to non-EU countries outside the UK at this time. If your delivery address is outside these areas, please contact us before ordering.
For EU orders: You may be responsible for any additional import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your local authorities after the goods leave the UK. These are not charged by us and are outside our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (where available) via email. You can use this to monitor your parcel’s progress directly with the carrier.
What If My Order Is Delayed?
If delivery is significantly delayed beyond our estimated 10-14 working days from dispatch:
- Contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
- Under UK consumer law, if we fail to deliver within an additional reasonable period you allow us (or by any essential date you specified), you may be entitled to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses provided by you or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
Risk & Responsibility
Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you at the point of delivery (or attempted delivery) to the address provided.
